Summary
In 2023, Idaho enacted the Vulnerable Child Protection Act, protecting children from harmful and experimental drugs and procedures. The law supports children’s natural biological development by limiting procedures, like puberty-blocking drugs and body-altering surgeries, that can harm children diagnosed with gender dysphoria. But activists have sued the state and are attempting to block enforcement of the law.
ADF and attorneys with the law firm Cooper & Kirk are working with the Office of the Idaho Attorney General as it defends this important law.
